Our Charity

Cambridgeshire Law Society chooses a charity to support each year.

The Society is delighted to be supporting LawWorks, the solicitors pro bono group as its chosen charity for 2021/22.

LawWorks is a charity working in England and Wales to connect volunteer lawyers with people in need of legal advice, who are not eligible for legal aid and cannot afford to pay and with the not-for-profit organisations that support them.

In addition, the Society supports other charities where possible through our events. The Society was also pleased to support LawCare as its chosen charity for the 2021 Legal Excellence Awards. LawCare provides information and support to those in the legal community who may be experiencing problems with their mental health and wellbeing. More information about LawCare can be found here:
